We have set up E-transfers for contributions from our Members/Groups/Districts to our Area 91 bank account, effective immediately.
E-transfer to: email@example.com
In order for this to work effectively there are key pieces of information that I require to properly process contributions received in this manner.
1. Name of the Group/Distrtict making the contribution,
2. District number of the Group
3. Where the contribution is to be directed, i.e. Area 91 Assembly or Pink Can Fund,
4. For Personal contributions identify it as Personal and include the District number of your home group and whether it is for Area 91 Assembly or Pink Can Fund.
I’ll email a receipt to the email address identified in the contribution. I normally process receipts on the 15th and the 30th of each month. However you will receive a quick confirmation that your contribution was received, usually within 1-3 days.
